This stunning ‘Lozenge’ dining table and 8 Impala dining chairs in European oak and black walnut is being reluctantly sold on behalf of a client who is downsizing.

It’s a classic piece of Simon Thomas Pirie dining furniture designed and made in our workshops in 2002. This particular table was the one we professionally photographed that then spurned other similar dining sets over the next decade, but this one is the ‘original’.

The Lozenge table and Impala chairs will be available very soon so don’t miss the opportunity to buy something very special from the STP stable. It’s in very good condition and has been well extraordinarily looked after. There are one or two very minor surface dinks but they are tiny and don’t stand out visually at all. The walnut tone has got lighter over the years so the contrast with the oak has mellowed but this is perfectly normal. The original white faux suede fabric has been replaced by a light green textured fabric as seen in the images at the bottom of the page which shows current condition and location.

We can do a complete refinish to make table and chairs to look like new, but this would significantly increase cost. It is in such good condition that we would advise this is unnecessary. The seat fabric can easily be changed to suit a new interior and is a relatively inexpensive change.
